  1. Download the colouring page or WWG parents can pick up a copy of the colouring sheet from their centre’s reception.
  2. Get creative – Children can decorate/colour the sheet in anyway that they feel creative
  3. Take a photo of your entry and tag us on social media #wherewegrowelc or return page to your centre. We will be sharing the entries across our social media and the winners will be announced on Wednesday 4th August 2021 on our social media channels.

Supporting you through COVID 19 – We are taking enrolments

Where We Grow Early Learning Centres is providing safe, educational and nurturing care throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Our centres are continuing to take enrolments during this time while providing a highly safe care service during these unprecedented times.

We understand that your care requirements can change and we are able to adapt, grow and help find the best solution for your families needs. We want to echo South Australia’s Chief Medical Officer’s stance that schools are a safe place. With spaces available across our five locations, we are able to cater for new enrolments without compromising the health and safety of other enrolments and our team.

We are able to do this:
– Through utilising all rooms throughout our centres to allow for more space
– Asking essential questions relating to health for new enrolments
– Temperature checking on arrival
– Extra and thorough cleaning of surfaces, toys and centre throughout the day

if you have any further questions, please contact your local centre

Free Childcare

This afternoon the Prime Minister and Minister for Education have made an announcement regarding childcare. It was announced that the childcare system will be overhauled from this Sunday night to assist families during these times.

A summary of the main points made this afternoon were;
1. All families will have access to free childcare for a period of time while measures are in place to combat COVID-19 (six months)
2. Families will not be means tested to be entitled to the free childcare.
3. Child Care Subsidy and Additional Child Care Subsidy will not apply during the use of the new temporary system.
4. The Health advice remains that it is safe for your children to attend school and childcare.

We have not received any further information as to how the new system will work practically (apart from what was discussed at the press conference), so please bear with us during the next week until further details are received and we understand the practical implications of the new temporary system.

We hope this encourages those families who have needed to un-enrol due to financial hardship that our team are waiting with open arms to welcome your children. We will also be able to accommodate any additional days required.

We will continue to keep you updated as more information is received, thank you for your continued support.

If you have any questions or unsure if you qualify, please contact your centre or send an enrolment enquire through our website. Hurry as places are limited and will be prioritised as per Government’s requirements.
